consider it our mission to

with each new order, and
to make sure that every
cigar we ship reaches
you in the same flawless
condition and perfect
freshness as when it
left our humidor. Each
box of cigars is sealed
airproof in plastic
prior to shipping. This
ensures perfect conservation
of the humidity your
cigars. All of our deliveries
come in original boxes. |

Validity
|
| These Terms and
Conditions are valid for
all verbal and written
offers issued by
DonCigarro, as well as
for all orders accepted
and executed by
DonCigarro. Your use (accessing,
browsing, buying, etc.)
of this site is your
legal agreement to the
policies, terms and
conditions below. You
also agree to comply
with all applicable laws
and regulations in your
country, including
exports and re-exports
control regulations. If
you do not agree to
these terms, do not use
this site. |

Orders
|
Should an ordered
product not be available
at the time of delivery,
DonCigarro will inform
the customer accordingly
by e-mail. DonCigarro
reserves the right to
conduct a check on the
customer's
creditworthiness. By
placing an order, the
customer agrees that
such a check may be
carried out.
DonCigarro reserves the
right to cancel an order
if the customer is not
creditworthy. DonCigarro
reserves the right to
limit order quantities
for any given product.
By accepting the General
Terms and Conditions of
this webshop, I also
confirm to be of age in
accordance with the law
of my country.
DonCigarro
disclaim liabilty for
wrong delivery due to
deficient or wrong
data-transmission. Terms
and conditions other
than DonCigarro's
official terms and
conditions on this
website are null and
void, unless accepted by
DonCigarro in writing. |

| Prices are shown
in CHF, EUR, USD, GBP
and YEN and are subject to
change without prior
notice. Orders within
Switzerland must be
placed in CHF. CHF
prices include 7.6% VAT,
prices in other
currencies are VAT-free. For purchases in
YEN customers are
requested to
contact us by
E-mail
prior to placing an
order. All prices
as well as these terms
and conditions are
subject to change until
the order is confirmed
by DonCigarro. |

Shipping charges within Switzerland
|
| For deliveries within
Switzerland and to the
principality of
Liechtenstein a postage
fee of CHF 7.95 is
charged up to goods
value of CHF 300.-. For
goods value over CHF
300.- shipping is free.
For express delivery an
extra CHF 20.00 is added,
irrespective of goods
value.

Payment
within Switzerland
|
| Registered customers personally
known to us have the
choice of payment by
invoice, by Credit Card
or by Postcard. Invoices
are payable net within
10 days from date of
invoice. For customers
new to DonCigarro,
payment can be made in
advance to our postal account 87-423717-7 , by
Credit Card or by charge
forward / cash on
delivery (German: Nachnahme). We
accept Visa, Master Card
and American Express. In the case
of 'cash on delivery' -
payment, a cod-fee
of CHF 15.- is charged by Swiss Post. |

Switzerland

Shipping charges are
as shown in the table
below. For shipments
weighing more than 2
kilos
please contact us by
e-mail prior to placing
an order. Accessories
are shipped worldwide.
We do not ship
cigars to the U.S.A. and
to the EU (European
Union).

| For orders below CHF
45.00 (approx. USD 34.-) goods value, a
small-order fee of CHF
7.50 (approx. USD 5.80) will be added. |

for the purpose of order
processing. We respect
your privacy by strictly
not making available address data to any
third party whatsoever. |

Transmission of
credit-card data

| All credit card
transactions made in our
webshop are
authorised by a licensed third party
payment-processing
company i.e. your credit
card number is not
visible to anyone at
DonCigarro. Credit
card payments are

Retention of title

| All goods supplied
by DonCigarro remain in the

possession of DonCigarro,

Liability

employees,
representatives be
liable for direct,
special, incidental,
consequential, punitive,
or indirect damages (including
but not limited to, loss
of data, use, or profits),
however caused, whether
for breach of contract,
negligence, or otherwise,
and whether or not this
company has been advised
of the possibility of
any such damages. You
agree that the company's
maximum liability
arising from any product
sold shall not exceed
the price of such
product. Some
jurisdictions do not
allow the limitation of
exclusion of liability
for certain damages so
the above limitations
and exclusions may not
apply to you to the
extent such
jurisdictions law is
applicable to this

Jurisdiction and
applicable law

| For all supplies and
transactions between
customer and DonCigarro
within and outside of
Switzerland, as well as
for any legal dispute
arising from them, the
jurisdiction court is
that of the city of
Zürich, and the only
applicable law ist the
law of Switzerland. |
